By ordering at Lady C Cakes, you are agree with the following:

1-When our customers share photos, we use these as inspiration but cannot guarantee exact duplication.

Final design is at artists discretion and we cannot  guarantee the final result to be identical to any other persons work or work previously done by us.

2. Confirmation: Orders will be guaranteed  ONLY when full payment or deposit is received. Deposits are 50% of the total order amount and not refundable.

3- Cancellation:  orders will have a non refundable fee of $50.00 and only be accepted 4 weeks prior the event. 

In the event of cancellation: Orders cancelled prior to the 4 weeks can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The 50% retainer will not be refunded. Orders cancelled after the 4 weeks lockout date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to effect your scheduled event date – please contact us to discuss options. Communication is key, if you are up-front about any issues about your date we will work hard to accommodate you. We understand things can come up that are out of your control.

4-Changes on your order: Any changes to the order, must be made two weeks prior to the event date or as soon as possible to ensure the quality of the product. Changes might be subject to additional charges.

5- Refunds/exchanges: due to the meticulous, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. No refund will be given for the total amount of the order and/or for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.

Partial refunds might be considered ONLY when the complete order is returned.

It is entirely up to Lady C Cakes to offer any other options to the customer, if the customer is not 100% satisfied with the product

6- Shipping &Transaction fees are not refundable at any time.

Lady C Cakes is not responsible for anything that may happen to the cake, cupcakes or any dessert provided by us, after we have delivered and/or set it up at the event location. If the customer elects to pick up and set up the cake, cupcakes or any desserts provided by us, he or she assumes all liability for the integrity of the products once it passes into his/her possession.

7-  Media release: Lady C Cakes reserves the rights to openly discuss, post images of all products we make, 24 hours following the event. 

8- Allergy: Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests to the risk and and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. Please specify if you have a specific allergies.  

How do I place my order?

The best way to place your order is by filling up our website form, you can also send us an email or call us if you have any questions. 

We’ll respond to your inquiry by email with availability and prices, our services are first come first serve basis, as a courtesy we will save your spot/date for a period of time (please see guide bellow) to give all our customers the flexibility and chance to book with us. Order will be confirmed with payment only.

We’ll hold date and prices after you receive our quote for: 

*24 hours if the quote is submitted within the week to 10 days of your event. 

*48 hours if the quote is submitted within 2 to 4 weeks of your event. 

* 72 hours if the quote is submitted within 5 or more weeks of your event.

Do you do Sweet Tables? 

We do work with some sweet table options, custom mini cupcakes, cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries and fresh fruit tart-lets only. We also have a minimum order of $ 400.00 for it. Please contact us for more questions. 

Can I stop in to see what items are available for purchase?

We are a custom-order Licensed online bakery which means we only make what our customers order.

Do you do tasting consultation?

Yes, we do tasting for big orders and weddings, always by appointment with a small fee towards the final price of your order.

How do I store my cake or cupcakes and how long will they last?

Because we bake without preservatives, using all natural and organic ingredients please ask for the specific product you are ordering and we’ll be happy to guide you.

How much do a cake cost?:

Costs are based on   flavors, fondant, toppers, servings and custom design elements. All of this can be discussed during your consultation. We have a minimum of a $150 cake despite the size or design. .

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We do our best to order local ingredients whenever possible. We use high-quality natural ingredients and everything in the bakery is made from scratch. Our designs are all handcrafted and we use non edible toppers only when customer request it.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery charges are based on proximity, we offer free deliveries in the Santa Monica area.

Deliveries must be pre-arranged.

How far in advance should I place my order?

 Due to the high volume of requests for our cakes, we must have a minimum of 2 weeks notice for any custom order.

At least 3-4 weeks is preferable,

As a general rule, you can never order too early, We love early birds!

What is the minimum order for custom cupcakes?

Custom cupcakes include anything that differs from our standard flavor combinations, colors, and decorations. We ask that you order a minimum of two dozen or more.
